Discus and support no rewards still in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; since oct 2016 i have set over£1600 on the store aand not recieved any % of the purchases made please fix this i've contacted MS store who told me...     still no rewards

    posted about this yesterday I. preordered dragon ball xenoverse 2 and still have yet to receive my rewards. if you're not going to hold up your end of the bargain by actually rewarding us don't sell us on pipe dreams of getting something for the preorders
    half money spent is based on the fact that we are told we'll be rewarded. it isn't right

    Hello Uncle Loudmouth,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
    for the inconvenience.

    Rewards Still not Depositing

    Regarding your Gems, Gems were only created in October. It is not possible to reward activity done before they existed.
