no rewards ppsting to my rewards account for prize giveaway

I joined the rewards program the day the big Roblox prize giveaway started. My son has played EVERY SINGLE DAY. I checked for him today to look at his progress and it says we have 0 chances logged. This boy has busted his butt on your ridiculous game. I
gave it the benefit of the doubt because my son took a great interest and he usually only likes very physical activities. This allowed him to be inside and talk to kids and it was ok. But your little game is crooked. I want answers. His heart has been set
on this contest. And you have cheated him.

Forza win

Hi, I recently signed up for Xbox rewards for the forza giveaway. I won the avatar suit and a dlc pack for the Hoonigan dlc. It says to check my email for details but I never got an email on either prize. Do those come later or is my account incorrectly
setup? Thanks.

 

I Received the Wrong Prize for Game Pass

For September's Game Pass challenge, I played 5 game pass games for at least 30 minutes. Today I received my reward, which was the reward for playing a single game for 30 minutes. This is the wrong reward, as I should have received the 10$ reward and been
entered into the giveaway.

I even made sure I played for at least 35-40 minutes just to be sure on a few of the games, such as Pac-man.

Any idea what happened or if I can get my actual prize?
