Another Community Goal reached - NO REWARDS

HELLO -

Is anyone out there??? No rewards posted AGAIN!!!! I have lost count of the number of reward keys that have not been posted to my account - must be close to 300 by now!!!

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP had a recalibration the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened
in September 2015 and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Hello AaaaaaandImDone,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
for the inconvenience.

While we have heard promising news from the team working on this issue, we have not yet received confirmation of their expected resolution date. Again, we apologize for the delay that this resolution is taking. In the meanwhile we are researching alternative
methods we can use, but a permanent resolution for this issue will have to come from that team.

For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. For some reason some accounts do encounter a glitch when trying to sign up, but the program is still running.

Support will post back during the week, but since it's rewards credits they would be added to your rewards account instead of being emailed to you like other prizes, so you should still get them.

We see that there may be an issue with your Gears of War purchase, and are investigating. However, you mention "all the time", but this is the only game pre-order we see. Can you provide any rough dates for your other pre-orders?
