No rewards points for my upgrade to the Xbox one s

I haven't received my points yet Im signed in on my gamertag on the Xbox one s that I purchased from the Microsoft store directly im getting irritated at this point my gamertag is email is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** I'll be waiting for an answer thanks

Upgrade to Xbox One X

Have Upgrade my Xbox One S to Xbox One X but have Not become 50000 reward Points.

Any Help?

 

Xbox One S Console Upgrade

I am trying to purchase a Xbox One S for the first time and earn 50,000 reward points. However, whenever I go to the page to get these points (Xbox Live Rewards) I just
get redirected to the My Missions page. On the missions page, there is no option for the console upgrade reward. Do I need to purchase the console first in order to be eligible for the reward?
