No rewards issued for pre-order of TF2

I pre-oredered Titanfall 2 and did not recieved the 15000 reward credits promised. Please tell me how to get these points.

I haven't received my Xbox Rewards credits!?!

I pre-ordered the deluxe edition of TitanFall 2 and I still haven't received my reward credits. I received my for GOW 4 but not TF2. What should I do, thank you?

 

Missing pre-order reward codes

Hi, I never recieved the pre-order reward codes for:

"South Park, Stick of Truth" from my pre-order of "South Park, Fractured But Whole"

and

My pre-order reward code for "Dishonored" from pre-ordering "Dishonored 2"
