No rewards from 12/18 purchase and no $30 gift code sent

On 12/18 I ordered a Christmas gift of the Xbox S One Minecraft bundle, which was supposed to earn me Rewards points and come with a $30 gift code.

To date, those Reward points have not shown up, nor has my code for the $30 gift code that I want to forward on to the person I bought the item for as a gift.

Febuary march xbox one Dashboard promo under games. Spend 45 in games get 25 doller code. Sent over 45. Still have the email from the purchases no emails with a code or messages. Support sent me to reward forum. Reward forum sent me to here TyTy

 

Where's my credits ?

I have purchased both premium editions of FIFA 18 and COD WWii digitally but I have received no reward points for these purchases. How come ?

 

The rewards credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

You'll want to contact customer support for Microsoftstore.com since the gift card offer is through them.

Limit: Each participant may receive one (1) Special Offer and one (1) Offer during the Programme Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) Special Offer and

Since you were already rewarded for your November console purchase, you cannot receive the 50,000 Credits again. Those Credits were placed as pending in your account on the 7th, and deposited in the recent end of month deposit cycle. You would have to contact
