No rewards for purchases since february

Discus and support No rewards for purchases since february in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; So the last 2 Months i spend a ton of money on the store.     No rewards for purchases since february


    So the last 2 Months i spend a ton of money on the store. But the last time i got rewards and progress for the VIP Bonus was the last day of february.

    Even on the FREEdom Rewards i dont get any progress for the Fallout Shelter objectives. Is there anything i can do?

    No rewards for purchases since february

    You'll want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you. There is currently a delay with April's rebate while they fix an issue, but they will check on everything else.

    Your For Honor purchase was in February (on the 16th). The Simply Rewarding offer is only for purchases made after opting in to the offer. Since the offer started on the first of March, your February purchase would not have been eligible.

    The VIP boost to the extra star was an offer that ran in February. Since your purchase was in March, it did not qualify. Your Ghost Recon purchase only qualifies for the Simply Rewarding offer, which is currently running.

    Since your purchase of Mass Effect Andromeda was made last month, it was not made within the offer period, and was therefore not eligible for this offer. Only purchases made during the offer period of an offer are eligible for that particular offer. Since
    Simply Rewarding began in March, February purchases are not eligible.
