    Hello Support,

    I am an MCP and FAN from Microsoft and Xbox. Therefore, I would also like to get VIP status and rewards. This does not work. Current example: I bought "Star Trek Online: 23000 Zen" where there are just rewards for. But it is not displayed to me and various
    other purchases. Can you check my account?

    my xbox live rewards are not being added to my xbox rewards account

    i have been a xbox live rewards member since 2015 i have received 500 points for filling in two questionnaires, i have received no points for purchases or game play rewards or jems. i wish to receive a reply from xbox live rewards team thanks

    No reward points for 2016 purchases

    Hi there,

    I have received no reward points for purchases made during 2015/20156.

    This was due to a change in region in my account settings.

    My rewards account has since been reset, my existing points transferred and seems to be functioning correctly now.

    All I require now is for purchases made since christmas 2015 to be added to my rewards account. This may also affect my VIP rating for total spend over the calculated period.

    The rewards program is not run by Microsoft so regular Xbox support does not handle the program. You would need to post here
    for Rewards support.

    Hello Prescient1,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
    program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    Since the overwhelming majority of your purchases have been game consumables, they were not eligible for MyVIP. Your only purchases in December were for Gold packs, which were not eligible for any offers, and so did not award Rewards Credits.
