No rewards for Preordered XBox One S 2TB Gears of War Edition, because preorder at media markt

Hi i am german and my english is terrible so forgive me please but i am a little bit pissed of about the rewards system and i hope you will understand what i want to say, i am a big xbox fan and gamer who plays on this microsoft consoles more than 10 years.
my favorite game is gears of war but i play a lot of games more than gears (doom,final fantasy,fallout,destiny and many many more). always i preorder the games on special shops in my city because so its possible to get some games before the official release
is. in the last 3 months i bought and preordered the Elite controller, Titanfall 2,Doom,Dead Rising 4 and as special because i have the 360 gears of war edition the new 2TB Gears of War limited Edition XBox One S ( for 449 Euro on Media Markt Germany ). but
never i get only 1 preview point for my stuff because i preordered not on the microsoft store i preordered the stuff in shops there not far away my home - this why is your rewards system in my eyes complete senseless .... its your product and i preorder only
in another shop for early access and for a better customer support........................ so tell me why it is so, no rewards for my yearly memberchips, no rewards for all my preorder games, no rewards for my consoles................i cant and will not understand
this and makes me a little bit angry and makes your reward system sad because always you can proof that i tell the truth on your server and my console or game informations

rewards for gears edition xbox slim and my gold year abo's missed

since a while i missed rewards for challenges ,yearly gold memberchips and now for my new gears of war edition 2tb preorder console, i'm by 9 years gold on this account ,more than 12 years xbox gamer , preview tester ,day one edition gamer and a huge fan
so why i dont become my rewards for consoles and memberchips i preorder in my gamestores - is the reward system only now for traders directly from xbox store , when yes that it is not fair in my eyes because almost i payed the same price , i hope u change

Have not recieved my Gears of War Collection for purchase of Gears of War 4

Me neither. I preordered xbox One S 2TB Gears of War 4 LE, finished campaing and reached levl 25 in multiplayer. Still no trace of previous titles of Gears of War

Am I missing some code? Should they appear directly at "Ready to install"?
