No rewards for my Punchcard purchases.

So I preordered Skyrim, Titanfall 2 and Dishonored 2.

When I look at my missions - games on demand it will only show 1 greened out.

All 3 games have been released more than 96 hours ago and no rewards have been added to my account.

But the game picture do say I have placed a preorder on those 3 games.

I hope this gets solved

Why TF does Xbox Live Rewards have to become Microsoft rewards?!?!?? This's retarded ****

MS rewards is really bad, with no rewards no punchcards, and you dont get 10% back on purchases in your account either. Why are you only discriminating the UK??? usa keeps rewards as normal.

Preorder punchcard

I never received my rewards for the preorder punchcard. The 3 games showed up as preordered on the punchcard but no points.

Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. So you won't hear from them until during the week.

One thing to keep in mind, if you preordered any of those games before October 1, they will not count towards that offer.

did you purchase through the punchcard link or via other means ( store, site ) ?

if through punchcard you should get the points, if by any other means you won't.

but then you should have received your purchase reward points ( amount excl vat x100 ) which should be around 5000+ points as well

in my case it was 5206 purchase points. if I had not preordered and used the punchcard it would have been 6000

I'm not sure if there is currently an offer to receive points for that purchase, but you would need to check the Microsoft Rewards app on the console. Usually if there is an offer to receive points for a specific game, it's part of a punchcard and you have to activate the punchcard before the purchase to get the points.
