    No Rewards for Gold auto-renewal in October 2016 AND October 2017


    My Gold membership renews automatically and has done so since my tenure started, now 9 years.

    I signed up for the Rewards programme in 2010

    Each renewal of Gold awarded me 5000 points up to and including the renewal in October 2015

    Both my latest and the previous renewals, I have not received 5,000 points each time

    Has something gone wrong?

    MyVip for October 2016

    Hello Rewards Team,

    My October MyVip was calculated, however it was not calculated as (Gold). The day before my gold expiration I purchased an additional year, a new expiration of 10/18/2017, and there was no actual "lapse" in Gold status.

    Please advise. Thank you!

    My Xbox Live Rewards Statement is not showing annual renewals to Gold

    On my Xbox Live Rewards page, under my statement, it only shows 4,250 points.

    These are from renewal of 12 month gold membership in 2013 and a purchase in 2015.

    But if the renewal of the gold membership is worth 3,000 points then I should have 9,000 more points - for the renewals in 2014, 2015 and 2016. I have had continuous memberships since April 2013.

    My most recent renewal, on 6 October, was recognised by Microsoft in an email -

    'Hello sean bainbridge, We're sending you this message as confirmation that you have successfully renewed Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold, which will expire on Tuesday, 17 October 2017'

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. Also the previous rewards was 3,000 credits for a year of gold.

    You can see a record of your Rewards Credit activity from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. There you will see that you requested a deposit in October, which was deposited October 26, 2016. You subsequently spent this deposit on FIFA points on November
    11th.

    This is the first time in a long time that none of the games have interested me although I might pick up that baseball just to have one. This is not a bad thing though as I have all of the other gwg backlog and marketplace backlog to start catching up on
    not to mention just picked up Risen 3 yesterday and I'm stoked to play that...love me some Risen games. I'm trying to talk myself out of that Just Cause 3 deal as I'm so darn behind lol
