  1. No rewards for 8 months

Hi, I joined rewards in October 2016. I have spent £200 on games, DLC, and a 12 month subscription in December and you havent rewarded me once since I joined. I can name every single content I have bought as I only need to go into my purchase history and
the list is long indeed. What are you going to do for me?? So go check it out. Oh and judging by my gamerscore I should be a VIP too.

    Regards

    Kathy

    :)

  2. No rewards for purchases last two months

I have not received any rewards for purchases in the past two months. The last time I received rewards for purchases was in March. I normally receive 8% back each month because My VIP Star Rank is 4.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to rec I've credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Yes. Credits for renewals ended in 2014. The chart you're showing is a breakdown of how you may have previously earned credits, not a current list of offers. All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the site.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. VIP status is not based on gamerscore. It's based on how much you spend in the marketplace each year (progress resets January 1). You can see how much you need to spend for each
    level at http://rewards.xbox.com/terms-and-conditions

    Hello SidsVisciousMom,

After reviewing your account and your question, it sounds like you are unfamiliar with how our program works. To clear up one major source of confusion, Gamerscore has no affect on MyVIP. All details on MyVIP can be found on our FAQ at (Xbox Live Rewards).
To give you the summary, of our FAQ, here are two main ways of earning Rewards Credits:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
. These are special limited time promotions that generally require you to complete a specific objective during the offer period, like purchase a specific game.

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

This second method of Credit earning appears to be where you are getting confused. In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued (which is why you may have thought Gamerscore
affected MyVIP). Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals, so it sounds like you may have read information about our program from old/outdated sources, since your registration occurred in 2016, much later than these changes.

Additionally, MyVIP has a recalibration every year, which may be the cause of your confusion about your £200. At the end of each year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your
progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
We see that your end of year spending last year was about £140. This is beneath the £200 requirement for your first MyVIP star, so your purchases, which have not qualified for any offers (method #1 of earning Credits) did not award any MyVIP credits (method
#2) since you did not have any MyVIP stars.

Your spending so far this year (roughly £96) have also not generated any Credits because they also have not completed any offers and you still do not have a MyVIP star.

To conclude, once you earn you first MyVIP star, you will begin to see monthly MyVIP payback on your purchases. You can track your progress towards this star on the MyRewards page mentioned above. Alternatively, you can also go for the offers listed on the
MyMissions page to earn Credits without a MyVIP star. Hopes this clears up any confusion!

800 Microsoft Point promotion (renewal of xbox live)

It has not been 6-8 months within that time frame, apparently. End of January to beginning of June is just over 5 months. I say to wait a bit more for the confirmation email to reward you the points. If they don't arrive by next month, contacting support
might be better. I do think that time is just not quite reached, so you may still receive it within the coming month or two.
