No rewards credits deposited into my account since I joined Xbox live rewards

I have been a part of your Xbox live rewards programme for quite some time now but every time I have chosen to transfer my rewards credits into my currency it has never been done. According to my statement I have earned 33,150 credits and 26,650 credits
have been deposited into my account and I haven't had anything transfered into my spending currency???

I have reached the 5,000 credit minimum on Xbox Live Rewards to get my credits deposited into my Microsoft account. However, the 15th has passed and my credits were never deposited. The rewards page says I can request a deposit, and so I would like to in
this case since the automatic deposit seemed to not go through.

If it says you've had 26,650 credits deposited, then you've had that amount deposited into your account as currency. If you check your statement on the MyRewards section of the site, it will list when deposits took place. You can verify deposits at
