No Rewards credit for buying Fortnite and Destiny 2

I posted back in July about not getting my punch card credits for fortnite, I was told it takes 96hrs to update well a month later and I still don't have it. I was just going to write it off but now the same thing has happened to me with Destiny 2 that's
a total of 30,000 points I'm out. I'm starting to wonder why I'm even part of xbox live rewards as it maybe better to just buy my games in stores at that point.

I still haven't received any purchase credits

From previous purchases (recore, fortnite a nd destiny 2) I have never received any rewards credits.

Rewards program

I got an email saying we get 4000 rewards credits for buying summer games. And Fortnite was one of them. I bought the 80$ edition a couple days ago and I'm not eligible for the rewards now?

Support will check on your Fortnite purchase but the only offer Destiny has been apart of is the Games on Demand punchcard. If you preordered the game on or after July 1, it would count as a punch towards that offer. You would need 2 other eligible purchases
to complete that offer and receive the credits.

The Summer Spotlight offer was only created on July 25th. Since your purchase of Fortnite was made before the offer had even been created, it was not eligible for that offer. Only purchases made during the offer period are eligible for an offer. We do not
see a purchase of Destiny 2 for your account. Again, keep in mind that it takes up to 96 hours for purchases to be processed.

Furthermore, iff you are referring to a Destiny 2 pre-order for the Games on Demand punchcard in order to receive Credits, that purchase would not complete the offer. From the FAQ for that offer:

—How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between July 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and September 30, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order each game before
its shown release date to qualify. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

Since you do not currently have any eligible pre-order purchases, once we receive and process your purchase of Destiny 2 (if it was a pre-order), then you would still be at only one out of three punches on the Games on Demand punchcard.

The only way to earn Credits for a pre-order of Destiny 2 is from the Games on Demand offer, which requires three eligible games to complete for 15,000 Credits. If you are asking about the Microsoft Rewards Destiny 2 punchcard, Microsoft Rewards is a separate
program from Xbox Live Rewards, and we cannot assist with their offers. You would have to reach out to their support via the Microsoft Rewards website for assistance.

There were no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 6,000 credits for Destiny 2. That was an offer from the Microsoft Rewards program. Preorders did not count towards that offer.
