No rewards after buying an Xbox One S on Microsoft Store

Hi,

7 days ago, i've written a post to say that I've bought an Xbox One S 2To + Gears of War 4 on Microsoft Store.

I've received that red Xbox One S october 10th and i was expecting to get 50 000 rewards credit on my Xbox Reward program.

As suggested by XBLRewards8, I write this new post to say I've nothing pending on my rewards account.

i recently purchased an Xbox one s from the Microsoft store and was unable to enter the code that Microsofts Xbox rewards system had given me to receive 50000 reward credits when buying a Xbox one s
