No rewards after buying an Xbox One S on Microsoft Store

I've bought an Xbox One S 2To + Gears of War 4 on Microsoft Store

I've received that red Xbox One S october 10th and i was expecting to get 50 000 rewards credit on my Xbox Reward program.

How long does it take to see se deposit ?
