No Reward for Buying Divinity: Original Sin 2 While in Game Preview

There was a trailer for Sir Lora the Squirrel saying that if you pre-ordered the Definitive Edition of Divinity: Original Sin 2. I bought the game while it was in Game Preview back in May, because I'm pretty sure there was no pre-order version on Xbox
One. I was wondering if the pre-order DLC has had delayed distribution, or something along those lines. Thanks in advance for helping.

hey just wonder if and when the divinity original sin 2 game preview is coming for Australians? Was super excited when it was announced and now I've been waiting 2 days and haven't seen or heard anything but seen it on the US store kinda frustrating.

Did you check the manage game section and see if it was ready to install or has been installed?

 

The DLC is not present in "Ready to install" for the game. If I go to the game in the Microsoft Store the DLC is there for $2.99.

 

I got in touch with support via live chat and they pointed me towards this forums for support. Should I try live chat again?

Check your ready to install or go into games and apps>select game with menu button (start)> select manage game
and check if its available for download. From the research I've done. Anyone who preordered the game got the character for free and if you purchased after you would have to pay the $2.99. If you didn't get the promotion visit the game developers website.
