No reward credits given

I bought 5,000 reward credits with my vip gems at the end of May but I've had no email about them. Nor have I had them added to my account.

I was told by webchat support staff to post here and that someone here could fix the problem for me.

Rewards with Gold

There is no offer that gives Rewards Credits just for a purchase of Gold.

As stated on the site, the Xbox Rewards program was changed to the Microsoft Rewards program so it is no longer available. The Xbox Rewards program did not give credits based on achievements.

I looked at your account and saw your account being credited with 5,000 Credits on 5/31. This should deposit next week and available to you as currency on 6/15 or 6/16.

Since only your purchase of Watch Dogs 2 was made during the offer period, it was the only purchase eligible for the offer. Therefore you have not yet completed the offer.

If you're talking about the Games on Demand punchcard, the credits should show as pending about 96 hours after the last game you purchased released. If you preordered any of the games before the offer began on October 1, it would not count towards the offer.
