    I have not receive a reward credit after I pre-order ReCore.

    Is there anyone here that can help. The customer service told me that this is the place to revive my credit.

    I've bought 2 several games under microsoft store, but they are not under MyVIP and reward points

    I pre ordered Recore and did not get a VIP reward increase and did not receive my 15,000 reward points. Whats going on?

    Did you preorder digitally or as a physical disc from Microsoftstore.com? There were no offers to receive credits for preordering that game digitally.

    As Smwutches says, since your purchase was made digitally, it was not eligible for the "Pre-Order the Hottest Games" offer on the MyMissions page. That offer is only for physical purchases off the MicrosoftStore.com site.

    As Smwutches says, since your purchase was made digitally, it was not eligible for the "Pre-Order the Hottest Games" offer on the MyMissions page. That offer is only for physical purchases off the MicrosoftStore.com site.

    problem getting the Microsoft rewards points for STRANGER OF PARADISE FINAL FANTASY ORIGIN , its only showing green as activate punch card, not getting the +6000 points to my account.

    Check the dates on the punchcard. If you pre-ordered before the punchcard became available, it would not be eligible. If you pre-ordered after, you'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the rewards site.

    If you only recently canceled the pre-order for Recore it may take a bit before you're able to repurchase it. When did you call in?
