No reviews showing up for new games past several weeks since update?

I rely on reviews for new games a lot and since console and store updates a few weeks ago, none of the newly released games have any reviews and there's not even a review section for 95 percent of titles released in last few weeks. Is this a known problem?
I have an xbox one x and an xbox one s and this occurs on both consoles and both accounts... while other sites have reviews, many are from paid professionals such as critics or gamers that haven't even played a title such as many on Metacritic that bash the
new avengers game and review bomb it just because no Spiderman on xbox etc. Any help or additional information on this store game reviews problem is requested as I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance to anyone that decides to try and help.

Nobody else has this problem or what? Should I call Support or is issue a service problem?

I'm outside the program. The store has been getting updates several times a week.

Yeah, it really sucks that the store is having all these issues. On top of all this, I now have a controller issue on live recently. My Xbox one x and one s stop synching with controllers at random times and I've looked on reddit xbox forums and it's
a big issue for several people. When your playing a game online with a brand new elite series 2 controller and get kicked out of game because of xbox live issues it sucks real bad....
