    I have raised a repair for my Xbox controller but haven’t received a returns label. I was told it would take upto 24 hours but it has almost been 48 I haven’t received an email in my inbox or junk mail and am not been given the option to get it from the repair order either.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

    Labels for return

    Hello!

    They usually show up pretty quickly. If it's been more than a few hours, I would check your spam folder in your e-mail. If it's not there, contact support directly and they should be able to get them to you.

    Normally the shipping label should not take more then 24h to be sent to you. But don't worry, Our live support team would be glad to give information on why the shipping label is nowhere to be found or resend the shipping label if deemed necessary.

    If you're not seeing the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do.

    If you experience any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.
