    What is the problem with Microsoft? You have a support page for your Microsoft jigsaw game but there seems to be no support. there are several requests for help that span weeks without any response. I have some of these same issues and can't seem to find
    an answer to the problems. If you are going to have a support page for one of your touted games then at least have the courtesy to respond to the questions and/or fix the problems. specifically I am having problems with downloading puzzle packs after paying
    for them with my gold rewards. This is also a problem with your free offers for packs. They all start to download and after getting to 3/4 of the full bar just hang there. You can wait for 2 to 3 hours and nothing will happen. This just makes this game useless
    to it's users as yo can't download any new packs and are stuck with playing the same old puzzles and this just becomes boring and redundant. Might as well just delete the program and look elsewhere for a puzzle program that actually works.

    I am in agreement. There seems to be no response for these issues. Haven't been able to play Jigsaw since 1st week in June 2018. Nothing downloads. Does anyone know where this program resides? Maybe I need to add to firewall exemptions.
