    No response


    Refuse to play Power Cards. Have played in the past and won 15 keys, 15 keys, 40 keys, 40 keys and 40 keys but have never received the reward as offered. During games, obtain bingos but not recorded. Game keeps dropping out.

    Hey, I think if they have said that they would make a UA claim on the account they would have taking a note and have giving you a case number to fall back on. If so, call back customer service to hear them out on how far they are with the claim.

    If a UA Case was opened you'll have to contact them again for the status on your case.

    They aren't automatically awarded to your key count. You have to go to the SOCIAL tab. Open that and click on rewards.
