No response from Xbox enforcement team

I have not received any evidence to my suspension or my loss of gamer score from anyone. As of today I'm submitting all the necessary paperwork to dispute all charges from Microsoft.

I hate to do it as I've been a member for 8 years now and have bought and beat numerous games. I can definitely see myself selling my Xbox one and what games I do have and getting a play station 4.

And I do not care if this is the wrong section to post in. I haven't gotten a reponse posting it in the right forum.

How does one go about getting a response from the Enforcement team? I tried getting an answer from Xbox Support but they directed me to Enforcement; Enforcement doesn't have a clear way to contact them, so I came here.

 

The enforcement team no longer uses the forum, so if that's the only way you've tried contacting them, then that's why you haven't received a response. If you haven't done so already, you would need to submit a case review at

At the time the forum was probably correct. They stopped using the forums during August. So depending on when you first posted, that would have been the correct place.
