No response from service center

I registered a complaint [Mod Removed] about my kinect sensor on April 7, 2016 . now it has been 19 days passed but there is no responce from microsoft . nobody picking phone on phone no+91 (044) 30287938.
provided me in service mail from xbox.

No response from repair/service department

Did you receive any emails about the steps that you need to do to complete the service request? If this is an accessory replacement you do need to send in the faulty accessory first. Your best bet would be the support channel since they can read notes left
on a reference number.

I submitted this service request order months ago... already paid $30, and nothing has happened

I just check my email. I finally got a response from the Advocacy team. They said that the Service Center has not received my PSU yet. They will contact the Service Center again to see if they have received it, if not then they will re examine what options
are available for them to get me a working power supply.

so there you go, the Advocacy team will now need to re-examine their options!

I can only Stress to keep your tracking#! Heck I even had insurance on my delivery from UPS.

This is a colossal nightmare!

Hey thanks for your response Misses Joust. I was contacted yesterday by one of the advocacy team members who claimed she contacted the service center telling them to send me an XBOX 360 arcade they had in inventory at the service center. Is this machine
worse in any way than the XBOX 360 Pro I had originally? Thanks for getting involved.
