    I registered a complaint [Mod Removed] about my kinect sensor on April 7, 2016 . now it has been 19 days passed but there is no responce from microsoft . nobody picking phone on phone no+91 (044) 30287938.
    provided me in service mail from xbox.

    Did you receive any emails about the steps that you need to do to complete the service request? If this is an accessory replacement you do need to send in the faulty accessory first. Your best bet would be the support channel since they can read notes left
    on a reference number.

    Contact your local support department by phone and explain them the problem.

    They can cancel your repair request or tell you why it was called in for service.

    i live near buffalo NY. i just don't get how my service request can say shipped to customer for a week and no one can provide me with any answers as to if and when it has actually shipped. let alone a tracking number. what good is having the track shipment
    button if you can't do it? and whats the point of chatting with microsoft if the repair department is a different department that no one can talk to? not even their own customer service department can talk to them. so frustrated.
