    I am trying to log into my xbox account but cannot because I do not have access to the phone number that was used for the account. I have tried to recover the account but haven’t received any responses back from Microsoft in over 3 days.

    I took a look at your post, and the link you provided ...

    Here's what happened. Microsoft detected inappropriate activity coming from the account, and upon investigation, suspended it. As you might expect, Microsoft cannot see the user that is engaged in the activity (the owner, or maybe someone else who is using
    the account with or without permission). If you have filed a case review, Microsoft takes a couple of days to complete them as they do go back and review content logs and such.

    When they finish, they will post it on the Enforcement website, and their decision will be final. If they agree that the suspension is unwarranted, it will be lifted and they can return to playing. If they have enough evidence to support the suspension, it
    will remain in place and will be lifted at the date shown on the Enforcement site. In their response, they may well indicate what happened (i.e., at 2:15pm that account did something, which is the reason for the ban).

    As to the reasons you mentioned at the link:

    1 - the vast majority of Xbox users have dynamic IP addresses (static IP often costs extra), so it's expected.

    2 - "Xbox Turn Off", in any language, will not result in a ban.

    3 - Turtle Beach makes licensed hardware, but even unlicensed headsets (and there are plenty out there) will not result in a ban.

    4 - Something generated a report or an incident, so the percentage of use of a given game is immaterial. The incident COULD be in that usage, or in something else.

    5 - the Microsoft Services Agreement is in line with GDPR regarding any data collection.

    As was stated previously and correctly, Enforcement does not review the forums, so this post (nor its replies) will spur Enforcement to act any faster.

    I know now that forum can't help me =). I'm just trying to get as much attention as it's possible so enforce team will get to work. If I won't get any response on Friday ... Well... It's more or less a lost case for the whole weekend. Then I pretty much
    can't care less for the ban period because I'm getting back to work and my sister goes away for 2 weeks for something called 'green school' (it's translated literally so it can make no sense XD). Although I'll still demand the deletion of suspension from account
    logs and refund of the gold time. Can't risk the next suspension to be 'the last' of something goes south on their end again ...

    Only the enforcement team can do anything about this situation. You'll need to submit a

    threw the
    enforcement website
    . If you've already submitted a case review. An enforcement team member will get back to you as soon as they're able.
