No request deposit button

I have over 10k credits and no button to request a deposit. I spoke with support this morning and all he and I can figure is start a thread on here

Hello Uncle Loudmouth,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and
thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will
be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

No deposit request button

I have had over 10,000 rewards credits since early last month, yet they still haven't been transferred to my local currency. There is no request deposit button under my rewards balance either. Is there any way to fix this so I can use those credits?

 

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000 they are automatically scheduled to be
deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month so there is no longer a need to request a deposit. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month.
