    Why do the enforcement team never reply to posts the only way to connect with them is to post and yet they don't reply don't even think they read them is stupid I pay all this money and Xbox fail to give the support needed

    is there an update as to when the bug concerning deposits might be fixed? It has been a couple of months now. I have asked twice before with no reply.

    We replied to your previous post at (Update info for deposit). Unfortunately, at the current time, our other team has
    still not provided us with their estimate on when to expect a fix to be deployed.

    Hi Jonny,

    The Enforcement Team receive many posts per day. It may take a couple days or more for them to get to your post. But as long as you post in the Enforcement section, you should receive a reply. If you post anywhere else, they're not going to see it.

    Hello bigjonny83, sorry to hear your having trouble getting in contact with the Enforcement Team.

    If this is about a account suspension of some sort. I have no power to see what and why. Only the Enforcement Team can look into that information the information.

    This link is about Case Reviews.

    This link is directly to the forum where you can post and find out more information.

    Once you make a post and wait 24-48 Hours and check back
    (They have a lot to deal with in a day) the best suggestion is to wait. I know it's not fun to wait find out this stuff but they are a very good team and they try there best to answer all the posts.

    You only have the option to open a case review if the ban is still active as they have removed the ban on my messages it no longer gives me the option to open a case review so because the messed up and didn't remove the ban on party chat too I have no way
    to open a case to get them to correct it

    And I think it's stupid that we can not contact anyone Xbox customerss support fails it's customers in a big way

    Yeah I'm definitely signed in but the clearing out of the Cookies and Temp files has worked on my work laptop I will do the same at home.
