No reply to account recovery request?

Apparently, you are able to log in, but then you are asked to confirm your identity with the email you registered as a security option on your account.

Do you have access to that email?

Did you receive the code and confirm your identity?

Usually this behavior happens when the account has not been logged in for a long time, or even when there is some unusual activity on the account. This is an automatic security lock, and there is no way around it.

If you no longer have access to the security options that you registered in your account, you will have to use the ACSR form and wait for a decision. The information you fill in must match for them to complete form validation. We don't have any access to the team that validates the form, but I guarantee they do a thorough investigation.

It's very important to keep account security information up-to-date.

Situations in which our e-mail account with personal information, contacts, messages and even our documents are really involved are a little more delicate.

I really want to help you, but for that, I need some information, please answer:

- Just so you can understand better, are you using filling out the Microsoft account recovery form because you couldn't reset your password using the security options you registered in your account, as well as alternative email, phone, etc?

- What exactly happens when you try to access your account?

- Or filled out the form due to an account suspension?

Please detail your answer, this way I will have more information to investigate and try to help you.

Depending on the information you filled in, if it is very different from the real information, they will not even respond. Because there is a minimum criterion that artificial intelligence investigates to send to them.

Try to wait a little longer if you don't receive any placements within 72 hours. I recommend that you open one more request via aka.ms/acsr, however, try to fill in as much information as you have and wait.

I don't have the email any more. I've already filled out the form 3 times though and they haven't given me any type of answer. It said they would reply in 24 hours but it's 2 days later now and I haven't had any sort of answer. Do you know if they're just taking a while?

Thank you for the help, I've had to do the account recovery because of two reasons. I'm pretty sure I know the password but when I do log in it wants to send a verification email since I've never signed in on this phone. I thought it might've gave me a suspension on the password instead though because it asked me to verify myself through email, but I don't know if I could even do that with the wrong password. I don't know if it just let me log in and wanted verification or if it was because I had to type the password so many times pretty much. And I had to do that because I use the same password for everything but with slight variations. I know the password just I can't remember what I had to change when I reset it last.

I don't think it's been suspended, I just don't have any way to verify though the emails on my account. I would just change the emails on my xbox but I don't have a controller right now to access any of the settings
