No Remnant Resistance Pack again.

Hello.

I previous pre-purchased package edition of Rise of Tomb Raider. Later I realized that package edition IS NOT provided with bonus package, ie.Remnant resistance.

I found 33% gold discount for Deluxe edition today, so I purchased deluxe edition again in order to get Remnant resistance along with Season pass. Although description for Deluxe edition indicates that it includes Remnant resistance, I still do not get Remnant
resistance pack.

So I report here for some assitance. thank you in advance.

The Remnant Resistance Pack is now downloading. It appeared in the Marketplace after the new Xbox update.

That's not what it said when I purchased the game though. It said in the game description that it included the Remnant Resistance Pack. It did not mention anything about it being a pre-order only bonus.

So far not yet. Apparently MS is a little embarrassed to admit they *** up the description page for the Deluxe Edition. Talked to Xbox support who were next to useless and referred me to Square Enix which didn't even try. It's on MS though. They handle
the store content not Square Enix and they are in charge of purchases and downloads.

 

Same thing here... contacted Support twice about this issue and no one in Support can tell me exactly what is going on. At first I was told I'd receive the add-on gift code by e-mail but when I contacted Support about a week later (since I hadn't received
anything by e-mail or through the Xbox Messages/Notificiations Center) I was told the Remnant Resistance add-on was only avalable if we had pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition, although the assistant was not entirely sure. I've just had the issue escalated and
am waiting for a resolution.

 

Yea it seems they have made it very clear they don't know what's going on or refuse to try to help.

The point here is that THEY OWE US THIS PACK.

It was included in the product description and by law they are required to deliver to the consumer what their description lists as part of the package that we payed for. They are obligated to either give us this pack or reimburse us somehow for what we
were not given for our money.

 

Good news everyone!

I checked the Xbox store since I saw the new Ancient Vanguard add-on and realised that the Remnant Resistance add-on had also been added to the Rise of the Tomb Raider Deluxe Edition - and I mean I could actually find it in the Store. lol

I'm not sure if this has happened due to a new update they've rolled out but I FINALLY have the outfit... check the Xbox Store!

I haven't heard anything back from the Support Team but I know they've had a number of complaints regarding this same issue.
