No Remnant pack?

Bought the deluxe edition that stated it came with the remnant pack but there is no sign of it in the downloads or in game?

Same thing here... contacted Support twice about this issue and no one in Support can tell me exactly what is going on. At first I was told I'd receive the add-on gift code by e-mail but when I contacted Support about a week later (since I hadn't received
anything by e-mail or through the Xbox Messages/Notificiations Center) I was told the Remnant Resistance add-on was only avalable if we had pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition, although the assistant was not entirely sure. I've just had the issue escalated and
am waiting for a resolution.

 

Nor did I receive the pack, please help Microsoft

 

I am having the same problem. I purchased the deluxe edition and received the game and the season pass but no remnant pack.

 

I love how they are literally ignoring this thread because they probably don't want to admit that they *** up the description for the game by listing a *** PRE-ORDER bonus. I am so *** ***! This is BS!

Absolutely misleading. They owe us that download because it says we get it but we don't have it. Some people specifically bought this pack for that skin.

Yeah, same here. I bought deluxe edition when it was on sale because it said it would include the remnant pack, but nope.

 

Yes, same thing here. Contacted Support twice about it and after the last time, I was told that this issue had been escalated. At first I was told I would receive the Gift Code about 4-5 days after purchase by e-mail but after a week had gone by without
receiving anything, I contacted Support again and this time, no one in the team was certain if that specific add-on was included in the Deluxe Edition or if it was ony available through a Pre-Order. Microsoft's Store specifically specifies that the Remannt
Resistance add-on is included in the Deluxe Edition, and that was the only reason I also purchased... we should think get it because it says we would!

 

Oh geez, so not even support knows whats going on?

I'll post here as soon as I get some type of feedback... I'm hoping we can still get it as it actually is part of the description itself and that in itself also got the Customer Service Agents confused - the Remnant Add-On isn't available on the Marketplace
or Xbox Store at all though, only the Siberian and Prophet's Legacy (and now the new Endurance Mode).

 

Please do! i was pretty hyped for the outfit because i loved the aesthetic and the bonus it provided, hoping theres SOME way this can be resolved

 

QUICK UPDATE: Although there has been no resolution yet, it seems that having this issue escalated to the Offline Technical Team to look into it further, is really the only way to go - I have already received an e-mail, containing certain instructions for
me to follow up, even though they didn't work, I am now waiting for the Team to look into this further. The general consensus is that there is no reason for me not to have the Remnant Resistance add-on, since it was included in the Deluxe Edition. I am now
communicating with one of the Agents trying to help me resolve this silly issue... I know, not much of a promise but it seems like no one knows what is going on.

Sorry folks, I now it's not much of a resolution but it really is the best way to go about this. I have contacted Square Enix Support but they have only referred me back to Microsoft/Xbox Support.

SO... contact Support and have the issue escalated to the Offline Support Team - take note of the incident report number, since it will be needed to keep track of the escalation process.

I'll let you all know when there has been a successful resolution - hopefully that means there's a good chance of getting that add-on!

 

Same problem here. I have just got a case reference number from a chat session where they stated others have the same problem. Stuff about collecting information from affected parties to discuss with the game developers. Isn't it just a question of generating
a 25-digit code? Oh, well, it's not really affecting enjoyment, the game looks very good so far, but I've paid for the add-on so don't see why I shouldn't get it.
