No refunds for undelivered xbox store purchases.

Hello when you said Microsoft refuses to refund go more into detail please. Did they give you a reason why they would not honor the refund? Was there any steps that you need to take? Did you speak with a representative over the phone? Does the item show
up in your Microsoft account as a purchase? I dont see why you wouldn't get a refund for a product you didn't receive??

If Ubi can get any proof of the item didn't arrived to you account, Microsoft must be available to refund you. Contact the support until you get something in return.

I haven't called, only used online support. I will give them a call later today. Here are the responses from the online attempts:

• "We can’t provide a refund to this request. Our refund policy does not allow refunds for digital game products that have been played or consumed. Thanks for understanding." <note: the in game currency was NEVER delivered--so it wasn't played or consumed>
  
• "We understand that you are following up regarding your refund request placed on May 28, 2020.
  
  We have performed an additional review on the account and found it’s not eligible for a refund under the Microsoft Terms of Sale."
  
• "We have received your response regarding your refund decision for orders placed on May 28, 2020.
  
  The decision on your request still stands. We are not able to disclose further information regarding this refund decision."
  

Again, I am completely shocked about Microsoft's response--and even more so since I have been on Xbox Live since the original beta and this is the FIRST time I have ever asked for a refund.

Thanks for reaching out to us, the best way to get your Billing issue resolved, I'd recommend contacting your Support Team as they would have the tools needed to get the issue resolved. When it comes to refunds (for items not received, as I've had a similar
issue with a different company) they'd be able to assist if they can see it in your account's purchase history or see the transaction from your billing method used. I'll post their support link below so you can contact them right away.

I am shocked and appalled at Microsoft's current response, especially given the long history of excellent experiences I have had with Microsoft. I've been an Xbox customer since the day the original Xbox was released.
