The issue is now the 60 day wait period for international transactions

Because you are using PayPal that's the issue

You read the PayPal agreement right ?

It takes upto 60 -90days

Once the payment has been issued its in the hands of your bank this case paypal

And because it's an international transaction it's not.like buying from your local store in uk



PayPal is good for fast payments and protection but not refunds speeds yes I encountered the 60 days period myself

You are still responsible for minimum payments while you wait I had to wait 3 months for an etransfer that was stolen from me from another province which caused the redflags

From my wedding savings not that I never ended up using it sadly ended up buying a big screen TV lolonce it leaves ms hands it's in the hands of paypal

Then your bank

It may not appear all at once you will have to keep an eye on tour bank

Once the refund has been approved and already stated as "refunded" on your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders), it will now depend on your bank on when they will credit back the money but it usually takes 5-7 business days.

If it's still not credited back to you, you may need to reach out to your bank once you were able to confirm that the status of the transactions are "refunded" on Microsoft's end.

I would like to clarify, is it showing as "refunded" on your order history? Because if yes, it means that it has been processed on Microsoft's end. Please double check the payment method that you have used to validate.

Its got to be on microsofts end because i had a refund come back straight away within 4 days by a clothing company (i use paypal with everything i order) i am owed back £135 from october 26th i cant seem to find a contact number for microsoft to discuss whats going on. Ive been in contact with my bank again and theres nothing on my account that shows any refunds from microsoft and also have checked again and all of them have been completed.

to request a refund, it must have been made in the microsoft store, and in this same account, you have 30 days to request a refund, if the purchase was made a few hours ago, it may take time to become visible to request a refund.
