No refund on preordered game

I cant refund my preordered game for some reason

If you paid with credit card/Paypal and it hasn't been charged yet, you would just cancel the pre-order at http;//account.microsoft.com

If it has been charged, you'll need to
submit a refund request. Submitting the request would be the only way to know if you'll get the refund. We can't say 100% whether or not it will be approved.

So i should be able to get a refund right?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on a pre-order. When you pre-ordered if you used a credit/debit card you do not get charged until 10 days before release of the game. If you used account currency it charges right when you
pre-order. Here is the
