    I loaded a prepaid card for Xbox live and was then also charged to my debit card (via PayPal) for the same 12 month subscription. Requested a refund from Microsoft which didn’t happen and had to chase a few times. Eventually it shows as a refund on the 30th
    December but still no refund to PayPal or my bank. Opened a claim with PayPal to get money back, which was denied by PayPal even though I have proof of prepayment card on billing site. Microsoft told me to chase with bank, but they can’t help. What should
    I do please? Thanks.

    Error code 0x803F8001, help!

    As expected, my request for a refund was denied. The purchase is almost 3 years old. I said this was going to happen.

    Now i cant play the game, i cant repurchase it and no one can help me.

  3. Refunding money

    At 20 Juli I bought a Xbox live gold membership. I accidentally bought it 3 times. Because i didn't received any proof of purchase.

    So I cancelled 2 of the 3 purchases. But the money was already written off my bank account. After this I received an email saying that this 2 purchases are cancelled and that I will get my money back. And now I am almost waiting for 3 weeks for my money.

    I heard someone saying it will take about 3 work days to refund the money but as I said I am almost waiting for 3 weeks for my money of any reply.

    Can someone please help me with this problem.

    I strongly recommend you do not buy one. My left bumper broke after 5 weeks and they will not give me a refund. After an hour of phone calls they agreed to replace it. I have to send it to Germany and wait for a replacement which will take 2 to 3 weeks.
    2 to 3 weeks without a controller.

    DavyBoy no offence was taken, I know what you mean. We play TW14 online and have a good laugh. but the game is broken, the patch they brought out made things worse. Then they announced "Stuff the gamers, we're not supporting the game any more". Ok not quite
    in those words but I'm sure that's what they meant. So anything with an EA logo on it means we don't buy it. I know Titanfall is made by Respawn but EA have the final say whether it is supported or not.

    @Rusty, I see that statement a little funny, when your last game played on the 360 was TW PGA Tour 2014 which is an EA game.

    If it were a Dice game I could understand but its respawn and IMO worth the effort.
