No Redeem Now Button?

I was wondering how to redeem MyCredits early, it says I can request them early after I have at least 1000 but I see not button to do so.

Can't redeem points at all?

I have over 38,000 credits but there's no button to redeem them and they've been there for a year now, is there any way to redeem them?

If you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000, you should see a "request deposit" button on the MyRewards section of the site. If you have 5,000 or more you will not see the button because the credits are already scheduled to be deposited
so there is no need to request one.

As Smwutches' says, once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits, a Request Deposit button should appear on your MyRewards page. If you are at 5000 or more pending Credits, you will automatically be scheduled for a deposit. Note that pending Credits require
one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. You
can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

I’m having the same issue. The 3 dots button next to the big blue “buy” button used to say “add to wishlist” but it only gives me “redeem a code” or “add to cart” now. on iPhone safari.

The redeem button as well as most help pages about refunds give an error right now. I'll try again later but this is getting very frustrating... sigh...
