No red dead redemption

Discus and support No red dead redemption in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So went to buy red dead redemption today using my sons bank card ( he uses his pocket money for his xbox) and it kept saying can not complete purchase...     No red dead redemption


    So went to buy red dead redemption today using my sons bank card ( he uses his pocket money for his xbox) and it kept saying can not complete purchase please try again. So connected my bank card to it and said the same thing. Connected paypal and still saying
    the same thing Then add credit and still nothing. So decide to contact xbox and start chatting to law. Told him 2 card paypal and credit can't buy game he told me the cards must be blocked and to add more credit and buy game with credit instead of card. So
    done that and tried again still nothing. Contact xbox again to be told I can't use credit for the game on xbox one will have to use 360 (which we haven't got) them get told xbox.com store is down that's why we couldn't use the cards. So now my son has added
    all his money to the xbox when he didn't have to. He is gutted. Does anyone know how to complain or have an email address

    Prequel or Sequel?

    Red Dead Redemption is a sequel to Red Dead Revolver. So, no sequel or prequel is needed.

    I checked this for my and my brothers account and that is the result. Looks a little bit strange or? On My Account the Ultimate Edition is listed twice. I think this is not correct and on my brothers account ultimate edition is missing. Pre-Order Bonus is
    correct, because i have it bought and my brother not.
