    No Records xbox enforcement


    I Have gotten banned permanently and i found this unfair so i contacted xbox support saying this was unfair cuz this was also my 1st ban in 4 years and i talked to xbox support and after that it said i have no records on the enforcement website and i wasnt banned but when i tried logging on to my xbox it said i cant login. so am i banned or unbanned?

    it says im not banned and it says no record history but when i try logging into my xbox and xbox.ca it says that im banned on my xbox and on xbox.ca it takes me to the enforcement page

    could be just an error/glitch

    though if you got a message from someone and they said something against the TOS and you replied you can get banned/reported

    What is your Xbox model? Are you sure it wasn't the Xbox that got banned?

    I can't hear my friends in party chat and I can't respond to any messages?!

    P.S. The Xbox enforcement page says I have a perfect record.
