    No recent players listed


    When I go to friends from the Xbox home screen and go to recent players, there's nothing listed for BF4, just other games I played weeks ago. Is this because of BF4's servers? Does it not know who the players are? I'm trying to friend request someone I met
    online today and want to play again with. Is there a way around this or can I look someone up by gamertag? I know most of it but not the numbers at the end. Thanks.

    deleting recent player

    Under friends it has Online, Offline and then recent players. The person is listed under recent players. I don't ever remember playing online with anyone except my sister. It may have just been a mistake I made when I just started.

    If you do find a way to remove them, please let me know. Thank You

    This feature doesn't work in BF4, note that it wasn't a release feature so I expect that's something to do with it... I'd guess by saying they didn't code for the game to send XBL the full details of the players on EA/DICE servers. Recent players on XBL
    hosted games wouldn't have this problem. Yes you can find gamertag on this site, and on your dashboard.

    I've tried searching with the "find someone" feature but since I don't know the exact gamertag is doesn't help me. Is there a way I can look someone up without knowing the whole gamertag?

    You're in luck.... go to bf4stats.com, click the top right search, select ONE, and start to enter the gamertag, it'll auto-suggest related tags.

    Recent Player list???

    Well, I know that the Recent Players List is up now. But, practically all of the games I play don't populate the RPL, so it's still useless...NBA 2k14, for example...NEVER puts players in there. It's ridiculous. What's going on here? If it's not one thing
    it's another with the XBO...Love the updates...But, where the hell are the BASICS with this thing?

    The main problem I saw was that I'm playing a match with someone on Killer Instinct and I had to report them for disconnecting during a ranked match. I didn't get the match even though I clearly won and then I had to look at my replay then go to add friends
    type it in then I was able to report them person. That takes way too long even simple games have an easier way of doing that.

    really...... so you're suggesting in a fast paced multiplayer game (that usually can't pause) we're supposed to go to that person's gamertag, go to their gamercard and file a complaint or add them.... then how is the feedback system supposed to work if you
    can't even label people that are cheap or cheaters or glitchers or whatever you want to call them.... how can you complain about them if you can't even find him after the match has ended?

    FAIL! why would microsoft even remove such a simple feature that I'm sure could not take up that much RAM

    Recent players is also a very valuable tool for me to report hackers and offensive players on the Xbox 360. Usually, a hacker or player spewing nothing but homophobic slurs all game, will jump out of the lobby the moment the game ends. Without a 'recent
    players' list, how am I supposed to report these people?
