No receiving the promotional Xbox emails

Hello,

This has been an issue for a while, and now it's starting to suck because I'm missing out on all the fun stuff. I've checked my preferences and everything is checked. My email hooked up with my account is a live.com account. Can someone please fix this?
I've probably missed out on tons of stuff.

They will literally go through more explaining to get out of sending you a simple email. I mist of been through support at least 3-4 times over the past month and support either says it was sent at random or my email is blocking it. Its odd because I get
every single other thing from them and they aren't on my block list. And to the requirements on major nelsons site I'm qualified to get the email.

Yeah, i've been through that and the same on live.com. Ticked and my email there, and has been since I set up the account.

 

Are the emails going to your junk mail folder? Have you tried making sure they are added to your safe sender list?

 

Yes I've done both of those

 

I am too, kinda makes me sad. Like gow ultimate edition "sipposedly" sending you codes for the other games. Unless that's a myth

 

@Advertise - That is true. The codes would be sent to your through message on Live though, not via email.

 

Still waiting for my answer lol. Don't be mad when I make another thread. I'll wait the three ******* months for my thread to be considered old while other dudes are getting responses.

 

Go to
live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences to change it to where you can receive promotional emails. Make sure that the email address there is the same email you want to receive the notifications from.
