No reason suspension

Last night, I got out of a game of Dead By Daylight. The end game, resolved in a salty player who was mad that I left him on hook when in reality it wasn't my fault. I followed his message to explain the issue, and said not to message somebody being a ****
and to ask why nicely, and also not to be a player to tease the killer. He followed with what and said I was reported and told me I wad a noob. The last message I sent said was "Salty af lmao". I never had issues with this before, as most of my messages go
to friends or killers in which I say GG and not to camp as it can lead to a most likely win for survivor. My gamertag is "". I wish for an explanation of my suspension from sending messages for no good reason.

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement issues. If you logged in to enforcement.xbox.com and filed a case review with the PET and they upheld it there is nothing that can be done. I'm afraid that you'll need to wait out the
suspension before you can get back online.

The enforcement team doesn't use these forums. You'll want to got to enforcement.Xbox.com and submit a case review to get more details provided the suspension is longer than 24 hours.

Thank you! I have disabilities as well so it seems to confusing. I don't see color correctly so probably screw it up. Tomorrow I will have to set up a whole new email and account. Have him talk even though he hardly does, to no one. If a suspension
happens they could easily just sent it to an email even facebook does that. I know he will have a horrible episodes but I will have to ban fortnite game all together. Xbox just too confusing with so many settings and area's. Now I have to now go sign into
another location. I think just be easier with another account and my son not to talk to anyone ever online. I think my family will stick to Nintendo switch it's easier. Thank you so much for helping. It is my fault as a parent, I gave up gaming after disability
and gaming just doesn't mix for those type games. After so many years I assumed it changed. I was wrong so in conclusion my own fault.

Am sorry your experiencing this I would advise you not stop gaming because of a suspension. there many ways we can support you keep your son safe am willing help you if you accept my help. but I will let you know I can't be involved with suspensions.
