No reason for ban on account

Hello. I've made several enquiries about this already. But I cant stress this enough, there is no reason listed for my ban on this account. I assume some of you have the ability to look at account information? The reason under "enforcement details" is left
blank. And checking all the emails from Microsoft reveals nothing. Meaning I never received an email stating why I was banned. The ban was in 2012, I simply tried logging in one day and it wouldnt let me.

There has to be SOME way to open a new case review? I simply can't believe a company would ban an avid user of their products and not give a reason, nor let me talk to someone who does.

Any help would be appreciated. Gamertag k0m0t0 please go look and see for yourself. The enforcement details page is literally blank.
