    No quest rewards Nov-Jan follow up


    Hi, figured I'd post a new thread since I haven't gotten a response in over two weeks. First post about 8 weeks ago. I was told I didn't have an active Xbox live gold sub so I should contact support. I now have proof I did have one. Not sure where to
    post the evidence. I'd be happy to email/post the entire chat but here is proof that I did have gold.

    I also am missing quest rewards, nov and dec went fine.. never received jans then id dint get febs till april and iv still not seen marches.

    The best next step to take is to reach out to our chat support team through our
    Contact Us page to determine if you had a Gold membership during the month of January. As mentioned in the Xbox Live message, we were able to verify what the investigative teams had found
    regarding the membership status.
