    For the third month in a row I haven't gotten a quest reward. I also haven't gotten a response here in about 40-50 days from my first post. Any update is appreciated. Thanks.

    I also am missing quest rewards, nov and dec went fine.. never received jans then id dint get febs till april and iv still not seen marches.

    I already got it. Battlefield 3. I will be playing this in Nov, Dec, Jan, etc, etc, etc.

    Sincere apologies for the delayed replies. I have sent you an Xbox Live message to address November & December Xbox Quests, however we will need to hold off until the end of February to pass your information along in regards to the January Quest.

    Thank you so much for your patience, and apologies again for the length of time it took to receive a reply. We'll keep you posted once the 30 days have concluded for January Quest.

    Hi, I got your message on Xbox but figured I'd reply here as well just in case you get a lot of messages on Xbox and miss mine. Something is still wrong though as I did have an active Xbox live gold sub and still do through 8/1
    with auto renew enabled. For Feb I didn't even bother attempting the quests since it hasn't been working for me at all. But for the months I did complete a lot of them had play online multiplayer as one of the quests. I wouldn't have been able to do those
    without having an active gold sub. Lately, I also pretty much exclusively play online multiplayer. I don't have anyone sharing gold with me either. I've had my online gold set to auto renew for years (since the 360 era probably) and have redeemed a few
    three month codes in between to extend the sub length. I appreciate that you're still trying to get this figured out but something isn't right. I went through my purchase history and can pull up all the gold orders if that helps. Thanks for your continued
    support and hopefully we can get to the bottom of this.
