No Quantum Break PC or Alan Wake codes

I pre-purchased Quantum Break via my Xbox One. Today is day 10. I still have not received my Quantum Break PC code nor my Alan Wake code. I called customer service, but all they did was send me a link to this forum and told me to post here. The agent, while
very kind, had not even heard of Quantum Break, which didn't instill much confidence.

I loved the game, but Microsoft really pushed the cross-save feature between PC and console. What's the point of making people wait so long for their PC code when most (like me) have already finished the game on console? This wasn't thought through very
well.

Quantum Break pre-order bonuses have not been delivered

I bought quantum break and was suppose to get the pc and the xbox one verison, plus alan wake. I only received the alan wake game, haven't gotten the pc code yet.
