No Quantum Break PC codes or any Alan wake codes

Hello, I've just spoken to custome support who gave me a link to this forum. They are telling me as I've been waiting over 10 days for all my codes, somone can manually send them to me. Would be greatful if someone can send me the codes that I've paid for
by pre ordering. I look foward to reading your response.

Quantum Break pre-order bonuses have not been delivered

Also have not received my Quantum Break pc code or my Alan wake codes.

 

Day 13 and I still wait for my Codes (Quantum Break)

My Problem is that I pre order Quantum Break and I still wait for my Codes. I don´t have any Code no Alan Wake American Nightmare, Alan Wake or Quantum Break for Win 10.

 

Great, now I'm being ignored!! Added injury to insult. Microsoft has really let us all down. Blunder after blunder!

 

They told me the same thing. Look at the page though. Canned responses telling us to be patient. IT's no good. Posting here is a waste of time.

 

Patient! I think we've all been patient. Shame on you Microsoft. When I bought the latest batman game on steam, the game was plagued with issues, then taken off sale. As a way of apology I received batman back catalogue for free. MSFT need to step up!
