No Quantum Break code

Hi,

I pre ordered Xbox One Quantum Break bundle from retailer in february. I received my Xbox One in 5th April. I haven't yet received Windows 10 keys code for Quantum Break.

Just wondering, was the www.gamecodes.pl mentioning that you will have Quantum Break Windows 10 code? I bought my Quantum Break Pre-Load trough Amazon and Amazon mentioned that Quantum Break Windows 10 code will be provided in 7-10 days. But I have no code
yet too.

With regards to your code. I doubt you will receive one because you pre-ordered from a retailer. That means if there will be a code that will be provided to you, it would come from the retailer not from xbox. Only those who pre-ordered Quantum Break digitally
are eligible for the codes not those bought from retailers. Also, as far as I know, the promotion has already been over months ago.

 

Though I did remember that there was a promotion with participating retailers. But if I remember it correctly, the code should have been redeemed April 4th. But well, we could wait for a response from the one of the official supports to confirm it. They
should be able to check that offer for you.

 

Hey, FinerMold131289! SingCongButas25 is correct in that bundles from retailers did not qualify for the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break unless you redeemed the code on or before April 4th. Because of this, you will not be receiving the Windows 10 version
of the game. If you still do not have your American Nightmare code, they should be provided to you by your retailer. I suggest reaching out to them for that. Thanks for understanding!
