No Quantum Break code

Bought a bundle, it had Alan Wake code but no Quantum Break. Just talked to support who said I should post here. Hope to hear from you soon.

Just wondering, was the www.gamecodes.pl mentioning that you will have Quantum Break Windows 10 code? I bought my Quantum Break Pre-Load trough Amazon and Amazon mentioned that Quantum Break Windows 10 code will be provided in 7-10 days. But I have no code
yet too.

Did your Quantum Break bundle come with a redemption code for the digital version, or the disc? This promotion is exclusive the the digital version of the game, and not the disc based version. For more information on this, go ahead and check the
Quantum Break on Windows 10 FAQ. If it did come with a digital code, did you redeem the code on your main account?

 

Hi, I guess I didn't communicate clearly. I bought the XBox One special edition Quantum Break bundle (www.xbox.com/.../special-edition-quantum-break-bundle)
and there was no code for Quantum Break in the box. I'm not talking about windows 10 promotion - I mean no Xbox One code for Quantum Break at all. There was a code for Live Gold trial and a code for Alan Wake that I redeemed on my main account. It was a sealed
box, new. I have the serial number if necessary.

Thanks for clarifying that. Unfortunately we don't have any codes to provide for that bundle if you're missing a code. To best get this resolved please reach out to the retailer you purchased from and let them know that it didn't include the game. Thanks

Hello. I've just been to the retailer (EB Games) and they told me what I already knew: the box was sealed, so the contents aren't their responsibility. It's fair - why should they be responsible because Microsoft forgot to include a code in the box?

Look, I've been very patient but so far you've been extremely unhelpful. The only reason I bought Xbox over PS4 was because of good bundle deals - I feel like I was ripped off. And now the customer service keeps redirecting me and running circles instead
of addressing the issue. I just want to get the product that I already paid money for.

 

Totally understand the frustration, but as Mister Maka stated, we do not have the ability to provide Quantum Break for Xbox One codes over the forums. If the console bundle you purchased did not include this code, you will need to contact the retailer you
purchased from for further assistance.
