NO puedo usar mensajería de voz

no puedo usar mensajería de voz con mi cuenta ni entrar a chats de equipo (jugando overwatch o Fortnite). He intentado con el headset en otras cuentas y pruebas de conectividad nat y no hay ningún problema, es mi cuenta la que no puede acceder a este servicio.
Hace más de un mes tuve una sanción de conectividad pero me dicen en el chat de Xbox support que ya no está vigente

Comandos de voz em Português! Finalmente! Obrigada Microsoft!!!

O kinect é tao fail que a sony tentou copiar, mas esse do ps3 sim ficou igual a um wii! Eu achei super legal esse comando de voz, fácil de usar e um diferencial!

Mortal Kombat x falla

Alguien podría decirme si puedo arreglar mi mortal kombat x? tengo un problema en el cual al usar un personaje de contenido descargable ( el depredador, el xenomorph, jason, etc.) no lo puedo utilizar debido que al momento de cargar
la partida se cierra el juego si selecciono uno de estos personajes; y no puedo jugar con ellos solo puedo pelear contra ellos
